 FAUCIGNY.ZIP (~15 kb) contains two Files in Rich-Text Format (rtf).  The first file (FaucignyDes.rtf, ~48 kb) is a seven-generation descendancy from Émerard=Aimeraud who was alive in 980, to include Agnès. The second file (FaucignyAnc.rtf, ~11 kb) lists a seven-generation ancestry for Agnès de Faucigny who died in 1268 and who married Pierre II, Comte de Savoie [posted 27 November 2008].

 FERLAY.ZIP (~6 kb) contains two Files in Rich-Text Format (rtf).  The first file (FerlayDes.rtf, ~14 kb) is a five-generation descendancy from Hughes who lived in the 1300's ... to include Jacques de Ferlay, Seigneur de Vernouse, who married first Claude N?, then secondly Jeanne de La Balme, and who died without issue terminating the family line. FLANDRE.ZIP contains four files in ASCII format: Flandre1.des {101.6 kb} contains the descent of Lidériques, Forrestier de Flandre who died circa 792 for 11 generations to Baudouin VI, Comte de Flandre who died in 1070 and who married Richilde, Comtesse de Hainaut.

Flandre2.des {1.410 Mb} constains a 12-generation descent from Baudouin V de Flandre who died in 1067 and who in 1028 married Adèle de France to Marguerite de Flandre who died in 1387 and who married Guillaume I de Craon.

Flandre 1.anc {435.6 kb} contains an 11-generation ancestry of Marguerite de Flandre mentioned above.

Flandre2.anc {238.2 kb} contains a 12-generaton ancestry of Baudouin II de Hainaut & Jérusalem who died circa 1098. {posted 29 September 1999}

LOUIS7.ZIP contains eleven generations of descendants from King Louis VII de France [ASCII format file, ~915 kb] who is descendant 3.3.3.4.1.2.3 of King Robert I de France. [posted 4 January 1998]

Gouet.zip is a 20+ kb compressed file. The uncompressed file is a standard ASCII [stripped] about 120 kb, containing a 15-generation descent of the Perch-Gouet family. This rather less well-known family finds ties into many major noble families of France.

Guiscard - HautevilleGUISCARD.ZIP (~4 KB) contains one file in ANSI generic word-processor format (txt): Guisdes.txt (~14 kb) is a 4-generation descendancy for Robert Guiscard d'Hauteville born circa 1020, died 17 July 1085 and married in 1051 Albérade de Pouille and in 1058 Sikelgaita de Salerno.

The de Hainaut Coat of Arms as depicted on the left was re-created from the description documented by André Roux - "D'or au lion de sable, armé et lampassé de gueules à la bande du même." [Scroll 14, #115]

HAINAUT.ZIP contains two files in ASCII format: Hainaut.des {81.1 kb} contains the descent of Rainier I 'au Long Col', Comte de Hainaut who died in 916 for 7 generations to Rothilde, Comtesse de Hainaut who died in 1086 and married Baudouin VI, Comte de Flandre.  Hainaut.anc {74.4 kb} contains an 8-generation ancestry for Rothilde, Comtesse de Hainaut.  {posted 30 September 1999}.

FOUQUES.ZIP is a ten-generation descendancy from Fouques V, King of Jerusalem [standard ASCII format, ~834 kb uncompressed].  King Fouques V is descendant 1.3.1.3.3.3.4 of Robert I, King de France posted above.  [posted 30 December 1997].
